Like this room a lot. Have had ok experiences here. BUT, will really re think this place after a shoddy experience here a couple months ago. (I'm late posting this, my bad)
Lipstick on a pint glass? Yuuck. VISIBLE lipstick on the rim of a glass. Germs anyone? This is such a basic thing. Every patron at every restaurant in every decent town, city or metropolis deserves clean dishware and clean glassware.
But here's the up-shot - and it's not a slight against the server - but after switching the pint for a new one, in to a new glass of course, when the bill came...they CHARGED me for the pint. Am I wrong to think that the proper and classy thing to do is tell your customer "Thanks for pointing this out, your drink is on us" and give them a pint? And for that matter, maybe the discount should've been extended to my 2 drinks and my friend's 2 drinks. I'm not out to score any free drinks, and I say that honestly. But the awkward and unprofessional response from the server, was a disaster. A train wreck in terms of customer service. Wow. Shocking really, how some large brands can goof up so bad about something so SIMPLE to remedy.
